Dream About Escaping Government And Saving Girlfriend

This dream was about

me and my girlfriend were trying to run away from the government like we were in divergent. eventually she gets caught and i had to go and save her. she was hooked up to a simulator and was being mind controlled to kill me on spot. she was chained up to a hospital bed in a white room and ambient lighting, and i was on top of her grabbing her face and shaking her head yelling “wake up! wake up!! it’s me it’s me!! baby it’s me!! wake up!!”. eventually she did wake up, she looked really frightened because she had no idea what was going on, we both grabbed each other and held each other close like a hug and kissed. i got her unhooked from the machine and bed and said “okay we can go back home now, it’s safe.”. she said “yeah but there’s one problem.”. i said “yeah what is it?”. and she said “take a look for yourself.”. i lifted the blanket that was covering her legs, and she had a baby in between her legs, and her cooch and baby were all bloodied like she had just given birth minutes before i came in the room. i said “yeah that might be a problem. but that’s okay, thank you for being honest dear. let’s get you cleaned up and taken care of and head home with the little one”. i leaned in to kiss her and woke up.
