Dream About Boyfriend And Friend Pregnancy

I had a dream about my boyfriend and a friend or ours. At some point in this dream I had found out that my friend was pregnant, and the father was my boyfriend. Him and her had been really close friends since a little after I became his friend, and they had a pretty strong relationship. My boyfriend and our friend had told me that he got her pregnant before we started to date, but don't have feelings for each other. He still wanted a relationship with me but also wanted to step up and father his child. I know that he didn't cheat and he was just being responsible for his mistake, but I still felt a sense of betrayal.
