Dream About Abandoned Building Shopping
Analyze my dream

This dream was about

I find myself walking down the street and I'm going to some kind of abandoned building. No, rather it was a building that was being constructed. And the previous night I saw that all the lights were on and how nice it looked. So the next day I decided to go over there and see what it looked like on the inside. I go inside of the building, I don't know how I get in, but because it's a construction zone there's a port-a-potty, so I go inside of the port-a-potty. So once I'm inside the port-a-potty, I'm not sure how I get in there, but I'm in there. I don't even think I have to go to the bathroom, but moments later I feel the port-a-potty moving and in a couple of moments I kind of ignore it, then it moves again. And then apparently I find that I'm on the back of a truck because they're about to move it off the construction site. And I was actually at a little bit of an angle in the port-a-potty. I soon exit and acknowledge the port-a-potty pickup man and head on my way. I continue walking and I feel like I'm walking along like a beachfront and like there are like these different businesses and malls that are pretty much right at the beach and it feels very familiar. I get the impression that I'm in Australia and I'm just trying to pass some time because I feel like I'm on vacation because I'm about to go spend some money and more specifically I'm going clothes shopping. I passed by a bookshop and think I'll come back there later and then I keep walking and I see a clothing store and I look down and apparently I'm walking around in my underwear and so I don't even panic I just act like I'm supposed to be in my underwear and don't let it bother me which is awesome because in my head I'm just gonna go grab some clothes and then go to the changing room and walk out after buying them.. I think I'm talking to someone at the cash register and she notices that the way that I speak is very familiar to her and she says that she has a good ear for remembering people who she's talked to and she says she remembered me and I was trying to recall who she was but I couldn't put my tongue on it. I knew that it was someone from my travels and I get the impression that it's either someone I met in Australia before or it's someone that I met on my people-to-people ambassador trip back in high school. She also says that my hair is different, which is obviously the case because I've let it grow since then. We part ways and then the scene changes and I'm talking to a father figure on the phone, not my exact dad, but someone like a dad, and I get the impression that they're back in the States and they're helping me get a job in Australia and it's some kind of police position. I guess it's a very easy way for people who move to Australia to get a job. It's to work for the police and they pay you well and they train you. So I'm kind of teary-eyed at that and then the scene changes again and I'm in a training arena with police officers. There are fit guys everywhere and one is attractive but I don't harp on him too much. I'm now on some mats and we're doing some stretching and what's odd is that the instructor is heavier set and he's wearing black stockings and through his stockings you can very much see his penis and it's a big penis and I'm just like does he know it's see-through question mark but then I also look down and I see that I'm wearing stockings and my penis is visible too but for whatever reason I don't panic because I guess that's normal. The scene changes again and I guess I'm done with training. Now I find myself walking outside of the station and on the sidewalk by the street I see a large, bald, white man and he looks kind of grungy, but I see him from his backside. But then he kind of turns to the profile and whips his penis out to pee. He's also wearing stockings, but the thing is when he puts it back into his stockings like there's like a humongous bush of hair that's growing from his nether regions and it pretty much goes down to his knees and it's very, very, very bushy. So much that it like bulges out from his stockings. The scene kind of shifts and I get the impression that I'm on a bicycle, riding in traffic, and then that kind of feels scary, and then I find myself in a car because the scene changes, and I feel like my mom is not there and she's got the fork and she's bringing me to a social hour for her colleagues, and I feel like it's bad for me to bring our kids to a social hour, but apparently when we arrive, I'm not the only kid in this section for us to hang out, but they kind of look like they're boring, and then the scene changes. I think I'm now in a school setting and I'm in the back of the class and the teacher is nice but she's kind of like reprimanding me in a good way because apparently I didn't do the homework assignment and there was literally like three simple math questions. She was doing long division on the board and I was like I already know how to do this and didn't know why I was in this class or how I got there so it's very much giving confusion. I think I get up after the class is over and walk around the school and then I wake up.

Domonique, your dream is a rich tapestry woven from various threads of your subconscious, revealing deep-seated emotions, past experiences, and perhaps even your aspirations. The journey begins with you walking towards an abandoned building, which symbolizes a venture into the unknown or a new phase in your life. The fact that it is a construction zone suggests that you are currently in a state of transition, perhaps working on personal growth or rebuilding aspects of your life that have felt neglected. The lights being on the previous night hint at hope and anticipation, reflecting your desire for clarity and direction amidst the chaos. As you enter the port-a-potty, an unexpected choice, it signifies a moment of introspection or a need to confront something uncomfortable. The port-a-potty, often associated with messiness and discomfort, may represent how you deal with your stress and anxiety, especially given your experiences with mental health and life changes. The sensation of the port-a-potty moving could symbolize a feeling of being out of control in certain aspects of your life, yet your decision to remain calm in this situation reflects a level of acceptance and adaptability, which is commendable. The dream shifts to a vibrant beach scene, suggesting a longing for freedom and joy, possibly in the context of a vacation or a break from reality. This transition indicates a yearning for leisure and exploration, especially as you envision yourself shopping for clothes—a metaphor for self-expression and identity. Walking in your underwear, while initially alarming, is an affirmation of comfort and confidence in your own skin, despite societal norms. This moment may reflect your journey towards self-acceptance, especially as you embrace your non-binary identity and navigate the complexities of personal expression. The encounter with the familiar cashier is significant; it embodies connections to your past and the people who have shaped your journey. This interaction suggests a nostalgia for the times when you felt more at ease, perhaps during your travels or formative years. The mention of your hair being different symbolizes growth and change, highlighting how you've evolved since you last connected with certain aspects of your life or people from your past. The teary-eyed moment with the father figure on the phone points to emotional vulnerability and the support you seek, especially as you contemplate a new job in Australia—a symbol of new beginnings and opportunities. Further along in your dream, the police training arena introduces themes of authority, discipline, and perhaps a desire for structure in your life. The contrasting image of the instructor and his visible vulnerability might reflect your own feelings about exposure and acceptance of your identity. The dream culminates in a series of confusing school settings, hinting at feelings of inadequacy or being out of place. This could be a manifestation of your struggles with ADHD and the pressures of societal expectations. Yet, the supportive teacher figure suggests that learning and growth are ongoing processes, and it’s okay to navigate these challenges at your own pace. In essence, your dream encapsulates a quest for identity, acceptance, and the balance between freedom and responsibility.
