Dream Of Company Event Promotion

I dreamed of a big gathering. A company event like I dreamed last time but this time I'm one of the person who is very important with the intermission. The CEO, saw me and observing me how I connect with my colleague and it's so refreshing that she wanted to know me more. Then after the event, I sell something to an old childhood friend which is Cocoy. He is alone in the house without the wife and kids. He let me in and while we are in the discussion of the insurance I'm selling, he kissed me and I kissed him back. We had an intimate time and after I prepare to go home which is very timing the wife and kids are almost home. I got out of his home and go somewhere else. Then another night of event, this time I'm first in line to dance for an intermission number. They are all entertained and the CEO snatch the mic to the host and announce that I'm promoted to a higher position not because she just enjoy my performance but she saw my whole record and what I contributed to the company. I cry and thank the CEO that she saw my worth, after almost 5 years of working in the company I finally feel that someone sees me. I look to my general manager because the reason i'm not gettig promoted was I'm overlooked and he is intentionally not telling the CEO about my contributions. That's why the CEO put me in a higher position than him. I feel that I really cry during my sleep. Been with my new company now for almost 4 years yet no promotion or increase at all. This dream gives shiver to my bones. I also don't get that the scene from my infidelity switch to my step brother kuya niño I don't know if it's a warning that he is having an affair. Over all i'm happy that night but one of my colleague told me "Be careful, the jealousy now grow bigger". Then I look at my general manager and he is not happy and he stare at me before I stare at him.
