Dream About Yellow Liquid And Needles

Last night I dreamt that I had some sort of medical condition that required a needle for administration at home regularly. in real life, I hate needles with a passion! I am terrified of them, and a needle is always accompanied with some sort of trauma for me. But in the dream, the needle was administered by one of my daughters, it was very, very thin, so it didn’t hurt at all, And the liquid medicine was a bright light, sunny, yellow! At one point, the needle went through my skin and came back out because she pushed it too far, and I saw the yellow liquid dripping out from the needle. So she had to re-administer it and I welcomed it! What does it mean to have a bright sunny light yellow liquid pumped into your hand (finger) in a dream?
