Dream About Waterpark Slide Uncle Sister Condition

I was at a waterpark going down the slide with some kids. I knew all the workers and visited them often. When I went back my uncle had a condition that got one of the workers to try and help him. Eventually my uncle impaled the workers hand with his finger. My sister had this condition too where she would randomly try to kill people and I did not trust her.
