Dream About Walking With Friend And Loss

I had a dream I was walking down a busy road with a girl I was friends with in the dream, we was saying we should walk quickly down the road so neither of us get snatched by a ongoing car, we walked down a another road and she passed out and died, in the dream I was trying to get her to stay alive and I was screaming at people passing by to call for an ambulance but she didn’t make it alive.
