Dream About Shamanic Journey Amanita Muscaria

I went on a shamanic journey into the lower world, and normally, I enter through an the base of an ancient olive tree surrounded by a marsh land, but this time, it was a giant amanita muscaria. A brown rabbit stepped around from the left side and a blue heron stepped out from the right side, and came towards me as a door appeared in the base of the amanita. When I went to open it, I could feel the spongieness of the mushroom and knew I was one with it as I slid down its mycelial network and into my lower world where I the drilled and anchored into that space with my root. I saw multiple periods of my life of feeling unworthy and was overcome by feelings of fear, inadequacy, loneliness, and sorrow. I found those versions of me and danced with each of them
