Dream About School Teacher And Neurodivergent

This is a very random dream. Feels like I'm watching a movie. It started in a school setting where there's a male teacher who is strict. He looks foreigner with glasses, look like in his early 30s and looks like Ryan Reynolds. While I also have a female teacher maybe in her late 40s, curly hair, white color, with glasses and mole near her lips. They keep bickering about me as they suspect Neuro divergent. Then the strict female teacher follow me to my home and observe me with what I do after classes. I go straight to home and take care of my sibling who have autism. The way I talk to my sibling, soften the heart of the strict teacher. The next day she wanted to confirm to the male teacher that I'm beyond intelligent but I have high Emotional quotient too but when she's about to meet him in the library, a substitute teacher is waiting for her. She told her that she's not feeling well and there's a letter he wants to give the teacher. The setting was college by the way but feels like american setting and I believe I speak english too. Is this a possible dream about my past life or just really a dream? I heard loud and clear the word neuro divergent during my sleep.
