Dream About Restaurant And Emotional Reunion

I was going out to eat at an Italian restaurant with my cousin Jason. He made a reservation. When we got there the place was rows of picnic tables pushed together to make lines of long tables where everyone gathers together to share a meal. Something old friends of mine were there like Tyler. I couldn't find Jason though. I went to the bathroom and my dad called me and I somehow was given a folder. I opened it up and it had a ton of tiny notes and a anatomical drawing of some humanoid creature that looked like Davey Jones from pirates of the Caribbean 2 I think. But for some reason I knew that it really meant that Kim didn't have cancer anymore. I guess inthe dream she had cancer but that it was cured. I saw her at the table and said hi and sat down they mentioned that i seemed all emotional and I was but I told them something like well, it's a big deal or something.
