Dream About Public Bathroom Privacy

I was in a public bathroom where it didn't matter gender and I was trying to sleep with my blanket wrapped around me but I couldn't. So I opened my eyes and saw someone peeking over the stall. I quickly got up and reprimanded at the teen guy. Everyone else in the stalls next to me didn't understand why I was so upset, so I explained that the stalls were meant for privacy, and if we didn't want privacy, then we should remove the stalls altogether. Everyone else sneered and shook their heads like I had a point and went back to what they were doing. The guy looked at me and said "sorry I won't do it again" but kept doing it over and over and once even getting into my stall to annoy me. I said I had enough and walked out just for him to follow me. I went to the pools and when I stepped inside of the middle one, it started to overflow. I was unsure on why it was overflowing and I realized the guy followed me into a pool that was meant for just one person. So again I reprimanded him and he looked scared and said sorry but kept doing things to annoy me and laugh about it. This reminded me of my younger cousin when I would go over to his house and he would bug me the whole time, and I got in trouble for telling him off.
