Dream About Possessed Movements Frightened Wake

I had a nightmare. I'm at the terrain, my mom and dad go home in Janeth's car and I park my dad's car in the terrain of a neighbor. Then I realize that I should have driven home instead. Next thing I remember is being at the living room at Jamay and Janeth is telling me I suffered mental issues again. I don't remember how I got here but she tells me my dad called one of his employees to drive me home and that I was talking nonsense. I'm very worried. I'm in my bed at Jamay and I start to make horrible sounds I fall out of bed and I make weird movements, I'm just looking at everything but I can't control it, it's like being possesed. I wake up very frightened.
