Dream About Losing A Loved One To Cancer

My girlfriend and I were having a big argument and i was saying some really mean and hurtful things. Then she just busted out in tears sobbing and says that she just really wants the little bit of time we have left to be spent loving each other instead of fighting. So i was like what the fuck do you mean littleb bit of time we have left are you gonna leave me or what? Shes still very emotional and says shes sorry she didn't know how to tell me after my mother died but she has cancer and only has a couple months left to live. Then i woke up to myself crying and having a panic attack
