Dream About Longing For Someone Unserious

I dreamt about this guy from the UK, his name is Jack, that i used to talk to (we don’t talk anymore because he triggers alot of feelings for me because he’s so unserious). We were in my clients house, him in the kids’ room playing rocket league, and me in the other. I remember leaning out the room window wishing there was a fire escape I could sit on. This random guy came into the room to like catch me off guard or something but I saw him before he got close to me. I left the room and Jack texts me something saying he really misses me. Before I could even open the message to fully read it, he deletes it. I end up playing rocket league as well in another room and really wanted to show Jack me scoring a goal but he was busy with his game. I felt a lot of longing and things left unsaid.
