Dream About Italy Family Credit Card

I had a dream that there was a little girl who was on vacation with her family, in Italy, I think, and the family had entrusted her with the money or the credit card or something during their trip, and she spent much more than she was supposed to; then, at some point the family realized in shock that the credit card bill had to be paid before it was too late, or they’d be stranded; they were in Italy, and the bill had to be paid in Gulfport, Mississippi, within that same day. They went to great lengths, and then they were at this place where there was a man who could take the envelope and run it up to the top of this building and drop it in somewhere and they would be okay. We waited, watching, and I don’t remember what the end result was. I also do not know if I was any of those characters in the dream myself, or I was just a spectator. I noticed in the dream that many of these men who worked together looked vaguely alike and I could tell that they were related somehow. And the next part of my dream, my daughter and I were looking at the backs of our hands and on her hand and on my own, going up the finger area near the index finger … was what looked like a little long knitted area that resembled a small vertebrae. we talked about it being genetic, and there was another woman there, but I don’t remember anything about her. She was talking to us about this and guiding us. My daughter Roxxi and I each had one. we sent their observing one another’s. I think it was more about mystery than shock or being upset or it was curiosity that we were unique and had this genetic link.
