Dream About Hospital Pain Pregnancy Complication

I had this dream about a week ago. I was in hospital with my husband and mother, however, I was in so much pain and I was connected to so many drips, there was blood either taken from me or being given to me. I was in the hospital bed and I remember holding my stomach and crying because it hurt and I could feel the pain in my dream in my stomach. It felt real and I had a sensation I was pregnant but I was having some sort of complication. Nobody would tell me what was happening but I suspected it was that due to the size of my stomach and the pain I was feeling was in my uterus. I woke up from the dream feeling really drained and weak in my arms and legs.
