Dream About Bicycle Accident And Curiosity

It started out with passing by on a dark bridge via bicycle. I couldn't tell if I was on the bike or if I was watching someone else on the bike but in first person, as I wasn't able to control it. It was going well until I passed by an empty concrete tube that had a shoe stuck out. I thought "oh someone lost a shoe" and then the realization came to mind and I turned around. It wasn't just a shoe, but a whole person stuck in the tube, apparently deceased. In the dream as I was staring in shock, a flashback of Daz Black, once of my favorite childhood YouTubers, was playing a racing game and somehow got his actual body stuck in the tube as he was flying at a high rate of speed. It was morbid curiosity to say the least as I couldn't stop watching the replay footage, trying to see how that was even possible for him to die instantly from that, and why the footage was still up on the Internet. I couldn't look away even though the thought and image was making me sick.
