Dream About Being Strangled In Mall

I was at a very open area, like a mall with very few people. Anyways, there was this woman with blonde, almost white hair, bright red lipstick, and a white dress announcing something in the middle of the area. I can’t remember what she was saying, but based of the atmosphere in the dream and everyone’s faces, she was being a nuisance. I was sneaking my way closer to her with an orange that wasn’t peeled all the way, with my little brother covering me as we got closer. At some point he was on a small tree with big leaves and he told me to go, so I threw an orange peel at her. That’s when caos started to erupt; my brother was struggling to get out of the tree, the lady was trying to run up at me, and I was trying to get away from the lady as a lot of bystanders started getting loud. I threw an orange at her before throwing the whole thing on the ground and trying to run away from her. I ended up in front of one large white brick wall of the mall with nowhere to leave to and she quickly caught up to me. She started to strangle me with this annoyed smile on her face. After a little bit, she took her hand off my neck and I started to shout at her, saying something along the lines of “You’re gonna go and strangle a child?! That’ll only end you up in jail!” (I’m aware she’d go to prison for this, however in the dream I said jail) A woman that had dirty blonde hair, red lipstick, and a floral dress had a camera (one of the cameras that are fairly big and need film) and was (somehow) recording us and was yelling at the other lady, saying that what she was doing was completely wrong and she would end up in prison. She stared at the girl with the camera, pretty dumbfounded but not wanting to accept that she was very much in the wrong. She waited a small moment before going back to strangling me, that big, angry smile still on her face.
