Dream About Astronauts And Lost Love

In my dream last night, I was some kind of astronaut in a space program. We had uniforms and shirts that changed colors based on where we were put for our job, essentially. And my job was to go out and find people that were lost. And my best friend was this beautiful mocha-skinned girl with hair probably to the bottom of her earlobe. And she was really funny and really bubbly. And she fell in love with a guy who, you see the two of them together and you're just like, wow, that's amazing. They were so contrasting. He had super light skin like me and bright orange hair down to his shoulders and was into Dungeons and Dragons. And he was like really dorky but really funny. And he was making homebrews up on the ship. And she was into doing fantasy stories and she just blew me away the way that her mind worked. She was so imaginative and so just dedicated to the people that were in her life. Even though we were in the middle of fucking space, she still made it feel like home. Anyway, it turns out she got on my team and she had to stay back as a medic. And she was not taking it well. And we were on one of the pods going way far away to go rescue people. And she confided in me that she was pregnant with his kid. And her hormones were fluctuating like crazy. And she ended up losing it in a hijacked pod that tried to get back to the main ship. And we made it back but we got in a bunch of trouble. And it was just a really crazy dream. Like the whole dream spanned years. And I'm not sure how long but it spanned years. And we came back to Earth a couple of times and Earth was just all rusted. It was all frivolous architecture like it was crazy.
