Dream Of Chocolate Ice Cream Cpap Mask

last night, a recurring dream: my cpap mask is filled with all the ingredients for rich, gooey, darkest, fudgiest chocolate ice cream. only problem? they won’t integrate into a whole. i’ve got bus and pieces of it everywhere in my cpap mask. when i realize this, i’m not nervous. i don’t freak out. i just wait for it to become a yummy whole. i wake up. no more dream. i go to the bathroom. not to escape as in past dreams. come back to bed. can’t settle. get up early at 430AM. i’m relaxed. even though it was a short night, i feel rested. calm quiet. peaceful.
