Dream About Heal Pain And Discovery

This was a very short dream clip. I have had a pain in my left heel for a very long time. I had thought that it was just a dry skin crack and had been treating it with moisturizers and topical antibiotics. I tried to get the skin to peel away so I could get new skin by using a pumice stone. as I was sitting there, rubbing the stone over my heel, the skin began to peel away in layers. As each layer peeled, new healthy skin was revealed under the calluses. Suddenly where The crack had been that caused so much pain, I saw a silver diamond shaped piece of metal. I pulled it out and showed everybody and said, and this is what’s been causing me pain all this time.
