Dream About Ex Husband And Sickness

My ex husband was there and he looked different but i knew it was him. A few of his exes were there too as his friends who he used. I was talking to one of them without him there about something but i dont remember what. None of us were mean to eachother. There were three matteesses we were carrying on a car and my ex only unloaded two large ones keeping the small ine which was mine on the car. I asked him what i was supposed to do with it, but he didn't care at all. He was very mean and cold. Then someone got very sick and they kept going poop in their diapers and i kept picking up the diapers with my hand and no gloves but thinking ill just wash my hand. I didnt get anythinv on my hands or anything too gross like that. I just remembered i had to take care of whoever was sick.
