Dream About Cruise Ship Nightmare 2

I was on a cruise ship, which we were talking about cruises today at work. At some point we all gathered into a large area and the ship was rocking back and forth and making weird noises. All of the people in the room were making whoa and ohh noises as the ship was rocking. Then there was a big wave under the floor, you couldn’t see water but the carpet waved from one end under me. I though we were casting off so u kept looking out this window at people standing outside and I kept an eye on the water line hoping we weren’t going to tip, because it felt like we were, then I realized that it was just a screen on the wall playing a video and I realized that I had no idea what was going on outside of the ship. I thought I woke up and was laying in my bed and realized I was starting to feel the feeling of when I have the same nightmare- where I typically can lucid dream- where I feel like I’m falling and wake up but I’m still in my dream. So I was sleeping but thinking I was awake laying in my bed and I thought maybe I should call my dad and my daughter Evelyn to see if I could stay over there because I’m starting to get scared and then I thought I woke up again and could see apparitions of something in front of me. I thought I woke up again and the apparitions were still there and it formed into a man with shoulder length hair, evil looking, and it came at me and grabbed me by the neck and started pulling me upwards. I could feel the force in my stomach like a roller coaster. I screamed NO super loud and my screaming woke me up from my sleep.
