Dream About Being Stuck In A Maze Like Building With Dogs

Me and my boyfriend was in a unfamiliar place with some other people. It was a several level building with a balcony like edge surround the building for people to hang out in the open breeze. The building had a very specific exit way that feels like a maze to find. So being in the building felt like almost being stuck and a hassle to get out. I think we were in about 6th floor. Well above the ground and near the top floor. There were around 3 to 5 dogs in the balcony and kitchen area free to roam. Some dogs used to be our dogs, but now they’re just here and not clear who they belong to now. Not sure which ones were ours. I remembered the lion looking one was ours, because it was so gentle and loving the pat I was giving a lot. But someone reminded me telling me that the dog has been replaced with a stuffed animal doll dog that looked like the actual dog that is not here anymore. They chose a dog that also mimics the personality of the previous dog. And that’s when I realized it didn’t really look like my dog and it was a stuffed dog doll that is alive. And I saw a husky, which probably may have been our dog or it just reminded me of it. I remembered the old memories of our dog husky, how we named it and such. Some of us, including my boyfriend, had to go somewhere quickly and it was important. So we made a plan to get out while the dogs were distracted with their food. We were urgently preparing the food to put as away as possible from the exit. But then somehow we all forgot or discarded that plan as if we never were going out. We went to a living room where there were more people hanging out doing board game, split in two groups. These people were either our school mate or coworkers. And we were in our dorm or on a business trip. It was vague. My boyfriend Colin already joined one group and was already into the game. I was instantly jealous and upset for some reason and wanted to get attention from him. So I walked pass by him and sat with the other group. This group was playing Monopoly like game. I think it was all guys with me. Someone landed on my land in the game so I had to tell him how much he has to pay me in the game. I was so distracted thinking about Colin. I misread the number on the game. It was a two digit number but I kept reading the first number out loud as something else. Once I read it as the alphabet H even though it’s a number. The guys laughed and one on my left pointed out what number it’s supposed to be. It was a number pictured as a chicken so that’s why it was confusing. They thought it was funny and cute. And I liked the attention I was getting from them. I look to where Colin is thinking I may get his attention now. And I was disappointed because he was gone as well as his group. It was part of the game to do an activity with a partner in the game and then come back to the table. A piece of paper said that he was partners with a girl he sat next to and I was upset.
