Dream About Being Sick With Headphones

Before i say the dream, for context i have a phobia of sick and have for half of my life. I was listening to videos on my phone with headphones on and people on the video kept being sick and with having headphones on it was really loud and I'd look over at my phone to want to change it but I'd then see the people being sick and not be able to change it still because I was holding something or doing something with my hands. After this nightmare I had a dream that was better but I can't remember it
