Dream About Arguing With Boyfriend 9

Last night I had a nightmare about my boyfriend and I being mean to each other. There was a call we had where we argued and I for some reason recorded all of it. My parents heard the entire phone call and I asked them if it was my fault. They said it was my fault, but it was also his fault. There was another part of the dream where he allowed me to put makeup on him. I asked him what he thought while looking in a mirror, and he said he didn’t like it, but in a rude way. It made me cry, and I asked him “you don’t like it? It’s okay if you don’t like it but there’s no need to be rude.” He walked away from me, and then I asked him if he wanted to take it off, there was no response. It is genuinely one of the saddest dreams I have probably ever experienced if I remember correctly. I know that in reality, no matter what mood he was in, whenever I started crying he would always try to comfort me, but in this dream, he didn’t. I hope I don’t get another dream like this again, because I love my boyfriend and we’ve been together 9 months. I don’t want our relationship to get to this stage where we’re fighting all the time.
