Dream About Alternate Universe And Reconnecting With Memories

I dreamt that I was in some alternate universe or something and I was spending time with a friend, Kevin was helping me find my way back home. While we were trying to get back, I would hear some music from my childhood memories and I even see people from those memories, every time I enter the places. Somewhere in the dream, he and I had a moment where we could kiss, but nothing happened. Also in that dream, I was hanging out with friends from campus and some people from my high school and it felt like two worlds colliding, but in a bad way. Then in my second dream, I was with I guess my friend, Kyle and we were talking, just enough to help me ease my mind.
