Insight Dreams

Insight dreams are dreams where the psyche is trying to communicate to the dreamer’s ego some idea, concept, or realization that is present in the unconscious but not yet wholly integrated or conceptualized into the conscious. Some psychologists call this process “gestalt”.

This may include pushing the dreamer out of their comfort zones to go out and become inspired further by some method the dreamer would not have otherwise done.
