Dream About Demonic Possession And Extraction

pages.dreamInterpretation.thisDreamWasAbout

Somehow helping others be free of demons led me to be possessed by one. I didn't realize but luckily in my dream, we were like a team helping people rid themselves of demons. My teammate said something and I asked her to recite an incantation to get the demon out. I immediately felt weird and at first it wasn't working and then finally I was getting almost.. dizy? And then on the last statement I felt the demonic entity release from a tooth and the tooth came out.. it was a broken tooth and a bit bloody but I grabbed into my mouth and took it out. It was fine and then this person decided to eat it ? That was mostly the end of that and I know there was more but I can't remember.

Monica, your dream is rich with symbolism and reflects several layers of your subconscious mind. The primary theme of helping others rid themselves of demons suggests a strong desire or perhaps even a sense of duty to assist those around you in overcoming their own struggles and negative energies. This role you take on could be indicative of your empathetic nature and the weight of responsibility you feel towards others. However, the twist where you end up being possessed by a demon while trying to help others can symbolize the toll that this responsibility is taking on you. It might be that in your waking life, you often find yourself absorbing the stress and negativity of those you are trying to help, which in turn affects your own mental and emotional well-being. This could be a reflection of the frequent stress and anxiety you experience. The incantation and the eventual release of the demon, along with the tooth, represents a process of purging or cleansing. Teeth in dreams often symbolize strength and confidence, so a broken and bloody tooth could signify some damage to your self-esteem or a sense of vulnerability. The act of physically removing the tooth and the demonic entity from your mouth could indicate a desperate need to rid yourself of these negative influences and regain your strength. The dizziness you felt during the process suggests a state of confusion or being overwhelmed, which aligns with the frequent sadness and mental health symptoms you report experiencing.
